Judd Foundation presents the third annual Star Party at La Mansana de Chinati/The Block. In 1989, Donald Judd joined the Board of Visitors of the McDonald Observatory in Fort Davis where he helped to fundraise for the Hobby-Eberly Telescope, one of the largest optic telescopes in the world. The Star Party at The Block presents an opportunity to continue his lifelong interest in the stars and recognize the importance of dark skies in West Texas.
This event is free and open to the public.
