Judd Foundation is pleased to announce the release of Donald Judd Furniture, a new publication that comprises Donald Judd’s furniture designs from 1970 to 1992 currently in production. The volume includes newly commissioned perspective and elevation drawings of each design as well as archival sketches by Judd and rich color photography showing the designs in Judd Foundation spaces.
With drawings of more than one hundred designs set alongside select essays by and an interview with the artist, Donald Judd Furniture details Judd’s understanding of functionality, form, and his deep interest in the possibilities of design in a world of mass-production.
