Join Judd Foundation for our annual Ranch Day at Casa Perez—an afternoon of free food and drink, music, and programs. The event will be held this spring at Casa Perez, one of Donald Judd’s three ranch houses outside of Marfa, Texas. This event is free and open to the public.
Please note that we expect temperatures to be high. We recommend long sleeves, hats, and plenty of water for the drive down and back.
10:30am Talk by Dr. Carlos “Lalo” Gonzalez, the Nau Endowed Professor of Habitat Management and Research & Assistant Professor in Range Management at the Borderlands Research Institute at Sul Ross State University, and Froylan Hernandez, the Desert Bighorn Sheep Program Leader with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Gonzalez and Hernandez will talk about their work in Desert Bighorn Sheep conservation.
11:00–12:00pm free food from Convenience West (first come, first served) and music by Primo y Beebe
