Planned Giving

With his legacy in mind, Donald Judd created the framework for what would become Judd Foundation in 1977. In your planning of your own legacy, we hope you will consider including a gift to Judd Foundation. A bequest of unrestricted funds will allow Judd Foundation to apply your support to the Foundation’s area of greatest need. You may choose to provide in your will that a specified amount or portion of your residuary estate be left to Judd Foundation.

Judd Foundation also welcomes additional forms of planned gifts, including retirement plans, stocks, and restricted bequests. For more information on planned giving, please contact Hannah Parker, Senior Director of Development and Partnerships at hparker@juddfoundation.org.
