Permission of Judd Foundation to reproduce the works or writings of Donald Judd must be obtained in advance of any reproduction. All requests for use must be reviewed and approved by Judd Foundation or its rights agent.

Judd Foundation provides free press accreditation for visits in New York and Marfa with confirmed editorial coverage.

Inquiries for editorial accompanied by new photography must be submitted for reveiw and scheduled with Judd Foundation outside of guided visits at least four weeks in advance.

Inquiries for filming and commercial projects may be submitted for review and are subject to indepenedent contracts and fees.
