Caitlin Murray, Director of Marfa Programs and Archivist of Judd Foundation, presents a lecture on the history of Donald Judd’s furniture and its relationship to the history of modernist furniture as demonstrated by Judd’s own furniture collection installed in his living and working spaces at 101 Spring Street in New York and Marfa, Texas.
This talk is part of the It’s Hard to Find a Good Lamp series of public programs in New York and Marfa, Texas that will examine Donald Judd’s approach to furniture and design. All events are free and open to the public.
