Puiforcat Dinner Service
Material: Sterling Silver Dimensions: 33 x 1.75 cm (12.95 x 0.68 inches)
Dinner Service by Donald Judd is produced in partnership through Puiforcat following the specifications in Judd’s concept sketches and technical drawings housed in Judd Foundation Archives.
The eight-piece service includes dinner, bread, soup, salad, and dessert plates, as well as a serving bowl and cup. Each piece is numbered, and stamped with an artist mark, the luxury brand’s diamond shaped logo containing founder Emile Puiforcat’s initials.
Founded in 1820, Puiforcat has been a staple of French artisanal silversmithing for over two centuries. Specialized in high-craft techniques specific to its atelier, the heritage brand has long been at the vanguard of silver tableware production.
